ORDERSTEP

1)Send a mail to us with the following information: 

   * the style name +ID+ size.

      example: Jordan1 02  ID:22134 size 11

  * your CONTACT details(Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email)

2)We will confirm your mail and we will request the total amount to be transfered to us.  (ALL prices are inclusive shipping fee)

   3)You can send us money via Bank(Wire Transfer) or via Western Union(is faster) or moneygram.After you send the money then tell us the mtcn and the sender name and the amount.Then we can get the money.

   4)After receiving the amount, we will ship the package to the shipping address(customer).  All the stuff are shipped from China!

   5)We will send you the tracking number after we have shipped the shoes.(after 3days)

  6)The package will be delivered within 10days.

    - You will recieve a tracking number from us after 1-2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site and track the package(s).After you get the tracking numbers,you will receive the packages within 7-10days.

    -  All packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or courier company may hold your package and send it to your home s again. but If you are still not at home, they may return the package to us. We will offer the postage for return. But, you need to pay the shipping cost for our posting you again
